From May 1st, non-Hong Kong residents will be allowed to enter Hong Kong by plane. As with Hong Kong residents, you will need to show your vaccination record, a negative PCR test certificate within 48 hours before departure, and a 7-day quarantine hotel booking confirmation. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, if the rapid antigen test (RAT) is negative, you will be transferred to a quarantine hotel.
