5S activities Checklist

We have been acting in the following three steps so far.

Step1 When 5S committee members were selected from each workplace and patrol the factory.

Step2 When a management indicators was created and display points and aim to raise awareness.

Step3 When we are conscious of the three phases of 5S and trying to improve the phase with one cycle per year.
